Imagine you are on holiday, having a great time, when you suddenly find out that your return plane tickets have gone. They may have been lost or even stolen. You may have other valuable documents missing as well. Your passport for instance. What do you do next ?
If this were to happen at the start of your holiday you could find yourself without fight passes, hotel booking authorizations transfer certificates etc.
Well - one simple way to help get round this is to have all your holiday documents scanned and then load the images up to your FREE Google docs account where they will stay protected by your password until needed.
In fact many of the documents that you need will have been supplied in an electronic format originally so there isn’t even much scanning work to do.
If you are unfortunate enough to lose any of them you can simply go to the nearest computer terminal with access to a printer ( your hotel can probably help with this ) and print off a copy. The copy may not always be sufficient for your requirements ( passports for instance ) but the information that it contains will almost certainly make obtaining a replacement far easier.
So never leave home without your Google docs account.
